Ligo is building a bitcoin layer 2 with the EVM approach. Poet has agreed to curate them upon doing basic due diligence in regards to their product and the main corporation behind. They are backed by SatoshiLabs, a bitcoin based investment arm. The team agreed to do KYC and provided incorporation certificates as well as identity documents of the director. They seem to have a relatively strong presence in the asian markets, especially in the Hong Kong/China/Singapore regions. Poet wishes them well for the LBP. For participants, i would urge to always do their own diligence and carefully go through any relevant information before buying in any product/coin/token as a general advice (not directed towards any project in general but as a good habit).
